Cream Cheese is a fresh white firm bodied cheese, manufactured from quality standardized milk which is pasteurized and homogenised before the addition of starter culture organisms. The cultured milk is heated, separated, with salt and stabilizers added to the curd prior to agitation and then packed. Cream Cheese can be used in a number of applications from baking, pastry dishes to Cream Cheese inspired restaurant foods.
